How do I add data to my progress tab?

Explaining you how to track information about your body, nutrition and activity

The Progress tab allows you to track your body, nutrition and activity. The way you enter the data depends on the type of marker you’re tracking:

  • Body composition (weight and body fat %) can be tracked either manually by tapping the plus icon on the widget or by connecting the hei app to Apple Health or Google Fit;

  • Blood pressure can be tracked manually;

  • Burned calories can only be tracked by connecting the hei app to Apple Health or Google Fit;

We are also in the midst of developing a Food Log, where you will be able to track your daily nutrition intake (calories consumed, macronutrient composition, salt, sugar, fibre and saturated fat intake). Stay tuned!

You can connect the hei app to Apple Health or Google Fit directly from the Progress tab by clicking Connect a smart device button. Or alternatively, by clicking on your Profile photo in the Journey tab and selecting Connected devices.
