Your personalized meal plan will be based on your health test results, lifestyle questionnaire and any other data we might have about you. We will generate the meal plan for you as soon as we receive and analyze your test results, or after you have completed your lifestyle questionnaire.

After you get your initial meal plan, we will review it every week and publish a new one for the following week every Sunday morning so you have time to prepare your shopping. We will inform you when your plan is ready by push notification.
