Your first steps after signing up

This article helps you complete your profile as a Coach on hei.

Now that you are onboard hei (Health Inside) as a Health and Wellness Coach, complete your Profile to start connecting to clients and earning revenue.

  1. Add your Photo in the Personal details tab

  2. Write about your Practice in the Professional details tab

  3. Complete the Payments setup in the Billing details tab

  4. Set up your Referral code in the Settings tab

Step 1: Add your Photo

To add your photo, click on your name on the top right-hand side corner and select My Profile. Scroll down past your Profile summary header to the Profile body area and select the Personal details tab. Click on the pen icon displayed on the photo placeholder and replace it with your Photo.

Your clients will now always see your photo next to theirs on the main Journey tab of the hei application on their mobile phones! Next, let's make sure your clients can also read about you and the values of your practice.

Step 2: Write about your Practice

Select the Professional details tab and help your clients know more about yourself and your coaching practice.

Craft your personalised introductory text in the Introduction field. The Introduction text is displayed to your clients when they click on your photo in-app. Make it personal, fun and engaging. It should communicate the principles and values of your practice to your clients well.

List your expertise in the Focus area field. Clients that sign up on hei without a coach will be matched with an existing coach in the system, based on their needs and the coach's expertise.

To boost your credibility as a Coach and get more sales, fill in the LinkedIn, Education and Qualifications fields.

Step 3: Complete the Payments setup

Any revenue generated by transactions within hei is subject to your earnings. Payouts of your earnings for the month are processed by the 15th day of the next month.

You need to complete the fields under the Payout details tab to be able to receive earnings transferred to your bank account.

Step 4: Set up your Referral code

Your Referral code is the key identifier that is used to bind your clients to you as their Health coach within hei. The code is automatically generated when you sign up on the hei platform.

In the Settings tab, you can personalise this code to make it more aligned with your brand. Remember that your clients will have to enter this code on their mobile phones when signing up on the hei app, therefore make it as simple as needed:

  • do not use spaces,

  • do not make it longer than 20 characters,

  • avoid any special characters unless necessary.

Remember, the less complex your Referral code looks, the easier it will be for your clients to enter it correctly to the hei app when signing up.

All clients that register in hei with your unique Referral code will be added to the Clients list, where you will be able to manage their hei Journeys.
